About Jennifer Morss

I am a Wyoming native, born and raised in Casper.  I began painting in 3rd grade, experimenting with oils and acrylics, but have found watercolor to be the medium of choice.   My favorite place to be is outside and I generally have a camera nearby for snapping new scenes to paint.  I like to get together with other artists to paint and critique and have taken some workshops but have never studied art in any formal setting.  Capturing reality in the wildlife and landscapes I paint is a goal I always strive for; painting with watercolors also allows a “painterly” often whimsical result. 
I am a member of Art On The Go.
